Salary Range: $21.21 - $21.21 Hourly,

Job Shift: Mon-Fri 7am-3pm, Join a mission-driven team dedicated to helping students with autism reach their full potential through adaptive physical education. This hands-on role combines fitness, skill development, and relationship-building to support students' growth, confidence, and success both in and out of the classroom.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and lead adaptive physical education activities that promote fitness, motor skills, and student engagement.
• Assess student abilities and develop lessons that support individualized goals and skill development.
• Create a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment that encourages participation and success.
• Track student progress, maintain required documentation, and collaborate with staff and families to support student growth.

Qualifications: We prefer candidates with some background, but we're willing to train the right person who shows genuine interest and dedication.

What we need from you

• Bachelor's degree required (any field, but bonus points if it matches your focus area)
• Valid Driver's license required
• Physical stamina (you'll be active, not stuck in a chair)
• Able to pass drug screen and background checks (no felonies, no abuse, assault, or neglect convictions)
• Dependable- a consistent routine is important for our clients
• Willing to complete TB skin test and work physical upon hire
