Job Description

1. Define product engineering Dept. objectives and development strategies.
2. Develop department working plans & define KPI, and ensure effective execution.
3. Manage product engineering team to support new business and project development
4. Coordinate with CFT and manage NPI activities to meet project timelines.
5. Ensure accurate and timely execution of engineering changes.
6. Review and issue departmental documents to ensure compliance and traceability.
7. Provide technical support and guidance to solve product and manufacturing issues.
8. Drive continuous improvement to enhance product quality and production efficiency.
9. Deliver technical presentations and workshop reports to customers
10. Build up the professional relationship with customers
11. Plan professional training programs to enhance team capabilities.
12. Define and manage departmental budgets, ensuring effective cost control.
13. Execute other tasks assigned by the management team.

2. 7+ years working experience of engineering and project management

2.1 3+ 產品工程主管經驗

2.2 孰悉NPI/MP process相關要求及Gating rule

2.3 孰悉EC管理

2.4 孰悉 Die/Wire bonding/Molding/SMT等Module/PCBA process

2.5 孰悉TLA process

2.6 孰悉 PPAP, APQP, ISO 13485, IATF16949

2.7 孰悉ODM/JDM/EMS+ 等process

3. Strong planning and overall supervision ability
4. Strong communication, coordination and motivation skill
5. Fluent English communication skill
