The FOH Cafe Lead works hand and hand with Tillamook managers to lead and drive all aspects of the foodservice program while maintaining the high standards of quality put forth by the foodservice guidelines. This position works cross functionally across all areas of foodservice (Ice Cream, Restaurant, Prep). This role is responsible for on the ground support, training, and directing of the foodservice team. The Foodservice lead upholds Tillamook’s Shared Values, performance, and behavior standards, leading their team to do the same. This position will be responsible for opening and closing procedures, ensuring the team is adhering to all food and sanitary guidelines, assisting with inventory, and stocking items, maintaining adequate cash in registers, as well as all other responsibilities directed by the management team.
Tillamook Market: Can be noisy and crowded. Building is temperature controlled and well lighted. Requires standing entire shift, walking on sales floor and climbing ladders in storeroom, and spending time in the freezer. Duties may include repetitive motion of hands and lifting up to 35 pounds. Slip resistant shoes required.
