职位描述
岗位职责： 1. 新车PDI检测：严格按照厂家标准流程，对到店新车开展全面售前检测（含外观、内饰、动力系统、底盘、电子设备、安全配置等），详细记录检测数据，确保车辆各项功能正常、无质量缺陷。 2. 问题处理跟进：对检测中发现的车辆故障、装配瑕疵等问题，及时录入系统并反馈至销售、售后及厂家对接部门，跟踪维修整改进度，确保问题车辆修复合格后方可交付客户。 3. 检测流程规范：执行并优化新车PDI检测管理制度，更新检测标准与操作手册，定期对检测工具、设备进行校准维护，保证检测工作的规范性和准确性。 4. 数据统计分析：汇总每日/每周PDI检测数据，分析车辆常见问题及故障趋势，形成报告并提出质量改进建议，对接厂家优化车辆出厂质量。 5. 跨岗协作支持：配合销售部门解答客户关于新车质量的疑问，提供PDI检测结果咨询；协助售后部门处理新车交付后短期内出现的质量问题，协调厂家售后资源。
职位要求
任职要求： 1. 学历专业：大专及以上学历，汽车检测与维修技术、车辆工程、机械电子工程等汽车相关专业优先。 2. 工作经验：1-3年以上汽车4S店PDI检测、新车交付或汽车维修相关工作经验，熟悉主流品牌（尤其是合资/豪华/新能源品牌）新车检测标准者优先；持有C1及以上驾照，驾驶技术熟练。 3. 专业技能：精通汽车构造、电子控制系统及新车检测流程，熟练使用汽车诊断仪、万用表等检测工具；了解汽车行业质量标准及厂家PDI管理规范，能独立完成整车检测并撰写报告。 4. 核心能力：具备极强的细节把控力和问题判断力，能精准识别新车潜在质量隐患；有良好的沟通协调能力，可高效对接销售、售后及厂家部门；责任心强，抗压能力佳，严格遵守检测流程和质量要求。
