About this Position

We are looking for a motivated professional to support product development through data analysis, analytical testing, and cross-functional collaboration. In this role, you will execute development projects, identify process and design improvements, prepare technical reports, develop test plans, and help drive innovation while ensuring compliance with quality, regulatory, and safety standards.

What you´ll do

• Perform data analysis, draw conclusions, and make experimental recommendations
• Conduct analytical testing in support of projects and plan and execute project work in an organized and professional manner
• Actively collaborate with cross-functional teams
• 
  Actively participate in departmental activities such as panels, meetings and committees
• Take part in innovating product by exploring new technology or performance improvement methodologies
• Prepare and deliver technical reports for product development projects
• Monitor and adjust product development processes as needed
• Create test plans and make design changes
  Comply with all regulations and safety precautions

What makes you a good fit

• B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech/ M.Sc. in polymer engineering/polymer coatings/ chemistry-organic,
  polymer science, material science & related fields
• 
  More than 2 years of experience in chemistry lab, experience in adhesives lab preferred
• 
  Hands-on experience in laboratory work, formula processing & testing, data
  management
