FSH is responsible for ensuring that regional and local warehouses are prepared to support our customers in the most efficient way. Warehouse facilities include Clean Technology Infrastructure, such as cleanrooms, used to inspect, clean, and pack parts, through which we ensure that customers and factories receive materials of the right quality and at the right time.
This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of warehouse and supply chain processes by resolving process and material disturbances, providing first-line operational support, minimizing disruptions to the FSH flow and point out structural problems and bottlenecks.
The position acts as a key coordinator within the supply chain network, leveraging process expertise, data analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies to identify root causes, optimize performance, and implement sustainable solutions. Working closely with internal stakeholders, the role drives problem resolution, supports knowledge transfer and training activities, escalates complex operational issues, and contributes to the overall effectiveness and reliability of ASML’s supply chain operations.

Who are we?
ASML is an innovation leader in the global semiconductor industry. We make machines that chipmakers use to mass produce microchips. Founded in 1984 in the Netherlands with just a handful of employees, we’ve now grown to over 40,000 employees, 143 nationalities and more than 60 locations around the world.
What do we do?
We provide chipmakers with hardware, software and services to mass produce patterns on silicon through lithography.
