Position Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with sales team and cross-functional teams to develop and execute channel strategies aligned with company goals;

  • Coordinate business planning processes, management reporting and strategic initiatives across PD functions;

  • Drive product launches and alignment on partner compensation and transformation initiatives;

  • Manage key partnerships and governance forums, ensuring alignment and issue resolution;

  • Conduct market analysis and support development of new partnerships and strategic initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year year working experience in Strategy Development, Business Analysis or Partnership/ Vendor management.

  • Exposure to working with various departments and project management

  • Exposure to life insurance competitive landscape and/or industry network is a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strategic: be able to improve business outcomes by applying strategic thinking and making appropriate recommendations in connection with delivery of long-term strategy.

  • Analytics: required to bring together large volumes of information and highlight the key themes and make recommendations for a senior executive audience.

  • Financials: understanding financial fundamentals and commercial drivers behind project business cases.

  • Change Management: positively engages with and supports, advocates, communicates and implements change.

  • Collaborative: Seeks to understand others' contrasting perspectives in order to overcome resistance and find common ground.

  • Supportive: guiding and coaching project delivery teams and sponsors to implement project/program outcomes, building an environment of confidence and trust.
