
The GES BackOffice Champ is responsible for supporting operational efficiency, and proper information management. This position involves coordinating administrative activities, communicating with suppliers, implementing processes, analyzing Information and collaborating with various departments to ensure the optimal functioning of daily operations.
The BackOffice Analyst acts as a fundamental support point for the team, contributing to continuous improvement and the achievement of the organization's objectives.
Information and Documentation Management:
Maintain accuracy and update GES specialized services database.
Support IT requirements from the specialized services GES operational perspective.
Supplier Coordination:
Support answering FAQs from suppliers about GES operations
Coordinate with GES suppliers for the organization, of internal events ensuring compliance with event objectives.
Headcount Control & Support to HR:
Support coordination and solution of all matters related to work during vacations, official holidays, and the year-end shutdown strategy, ensuring business continuity.
Data Analysis:
IT Asset and Access Management:
Support in the coordination and solution of all matters related to:
Ford systems and computers for GES specialized services (IT computer census, damage management, and theft reporting process, etc)
Onboarding and termination process for GES specialized services (resource management and documentation)
Authorize access to the GTBC facilities, ensuring security and compliance with access policies.
Communication and Events:
Support on coordination and solution of all matters related to:
Official GES internal communication and communication with suppliers, ensuring transparency and efficiency in information transmission.
Business Innovation Office events, contributing to the promotion of innovation and continuous improvement.
Technical Skills:
Knowledge of administrative and document management processes.
Proficiency in Data Visualization tools, including Power BI/Tableau.
Familiarity with Python programming concepts and libraries for data analysis (e.g., Pandas, Matplotlib, Plotly).
Advanced Excel skills, including Macros and Pivot Tables.
Proven ability to perform data cleaning and preparation.
Experience working in a Data Analyst role or possessing strong data analysis skills.
Nice-to-Have / Preferred:Experience with SQL.
