Baptist Health Louisville has seven monitored progressive care units in the main hospital with each unit hosting 21 all private rooms. Nurses provide intermediate-level care for adult through geriatric patients with a variety of different medical diagnoses. The units provide high-level, fast-paced, patient and family centered care. Our nurses acts as a family and patient resource to guide them through all stages of the patient’s healthcare journey. Each unit has a specific focus such as bariatrics, neuro spine, dialysis or cardiac services which create a unique culture and fit for virtually every nurse, while still offering the opportunities to care for a wide-variety of monitored patients.
Baptist also offers our telemetry nurses clinical ladder and preceptor programs and opportunities which allow nurses to grow in both skill set and compensation.
The progressive care units are currently offering employment bonuses for experienced nurses and pay commensurate with experience. New graduate nurses are also welcome to apply.
Requirements:
1.Registered Nurse licensed in Kentucky
2.BCLS will be required
3.ACLS will be required
