What's the VIE Forvia Program all about?

The VIE Program of Forvia is an international young graduate program, which enables young graduates native from the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28 to work for one of our subsidiary around the world!

What will be your main missions?

We are looking for an PC&L Improvement Coordinator VIE who will provide support to the Division, and who will be based in Mlada Boleslav

Mission & task :

• Deployment of the PC&L fundamentals within the division: training organization & provide expertise support to the top offender plants by creating/following improvement action plan.
• Lead the digital initiatives (include AI use case, shopfloor digitalization, Palantir dashboard) for the division in line with BG/Group standard nd plant bottom-up approach. This stream includes strategy definition and project management/deployment across the plant.
• Generate & analyse daily/monthly reporting (inventory, freight performance…) to support division & plant team on their decision-making process. It includes automation of reporting to decrease the workload & focus on high value-added tasks.
• Leader of the warehouse direct labor productivity plan in collaboration with the cluster managers: organize on site workshop across Europe to generate potential of productivity and follow-up regularly with the plant.
• Ensure respect of the Forvia Supply Chain standard across all plant: inventory & delivery basics.
• Act as a bridge between the division organization & the group central procurement & transportation team: manage performance, identify gap & drive the corrective actions.

• Master’s degree/Engineering diploma in supply chain
