As an Automation Engineer (Power, Controls & Information Systems – PC&IS), you will play a key role in driving the digital transformation of our manufacturing operations.
You will design, implement, and continuously improve automation, electrical, and control systems while leading technical projects that enhance safety, reliability, productivity, and operational excellence.

In this role, you will contribute to:
Building technical capability across the site organization.
Delivering engineering projects safely, on time, and with zero losses or unplanned downtime.
Accelerating the site's touchless automation roadmap.
Driving innovation through digital manufacturing technologies.
Improving equipment reliability, production efficiency, and operational performance.
As a Power, Controls & Information Systems (PC&IS) / Automation Engineer, you will:
Lead automation and electrical engineering projects covering power distribution, control systems, robotics, servo systems, HMIs, industrial networks, and cybersecurity.
Design, integrate, install, and commission new manufacturing equipment and automation solutions.
Provide technical leadership while coaching junior engineers and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Ensure the performance, reliability, and continuous improvement of the plant's electrical and automation systems.
Develop, test, and deploy Industrial Control Systems (ICS), including PLCs, HMIs, robots, machine vision, and detection systems.
Integrate Industrial Control Systems with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) to strengthen process monitoring, quality control, and operational excellence.
Lead Vendor Acceptance Tests (VATs) for new equipment and support successful commissioning activities.
Partner with equipment suppliers, engineering firms, and global P&G teams throughout all project phases—from design to start-up.
Contribute to project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation while adapting to evolving business priorities.
Collaborate closely with manufacturing, engineering, and technical teams to deliver sustainable, high-performance solutions.
Job Qualifications
Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation & Controls, Robotics, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Knowledge of regulated industries such as Food, Cosmetics, or Pharmaceuticals, including GMP principles, is an advantage.
0–5 years of experience in automation, electrical engineering, or industrial controls projects.
Strong interest in industrial automation, smart manufacturing, and emerging technologies.
Experience with—or willingness to quickly develop expertise in—power systems, industrial networks, machine control, instrumentation, robotics, vision systems, and industrial cybersecurity.
Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in multidisciplinary and international teams.
