Das erwartet dich in deiner neuen Funktion
Entwicklung, Einführung und kontinuierliche Optimierung von PCBA-Fertigungsprozessen (SMT,Assemblierung, X-Ray, Fräsen)
Mitarbeit bei Selektion, Installation und Qualifikation von neuen Produktionsanlagen
Sicherstellung einer stabilen und effizienten Produktion unter Einhaltung von Qualitäts-undKunden-Anforderungen
Analyse und Verbesserung von Prozessen zur Steigerung von Produktqualitätund Produktivität
Reduzierung von Produktionskosten durch Identifikation und UmsetzungnachhaltigerOptimierungspotenziale
Unterstützung bei der Einhaltung von Sicherheits- und Umweltstandards im Fertigungsumfeld
Planung, Validierung und Dokumentation neuer Prozesse sowie Begleitung von Produkteinführungen
Sicherstellung des Know-how-Transfers in die Produktion durch Schulungen, Arbeitsanweisungen und technische Dokumentationen
Zusammenarbeit mit interdisziplinären Teams bei Prozessverbesserungs- und Transferprojekten
Dasschätzen wir an dir:
Technische Ausbildung (LAP, FS,HTL, FH, Universität) im Bereich Elektronik, Elektrotechnik, Mechatronikodereinervergleichbaren Fachrichtung
Erfahrung in der Elektronikfertigung bzw. im Bereich PCBAoderSMTvon Vorteil
Kenntnisse in Prozessoptimierung und statistischen Methoden sindein Plus
Strukturierte, analytische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
SicheresAuftreten und Kommunikationsfähigkeit im Umgang mit internationalen Lieferanten und Kunden (Englisch in Wort und Schrift)
