Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an [PCB Commodity Analyst] located in [Jiading, Shanghai].

What a typical day looks like:

  • Initiate RFQ/RFI for PCB items and get confirmed quotation from vendors within required time and inform data maintenance team to maintain the purchase information in system after approval from GCM.
  • Refresh the pricing approved by GCM to the SPM team once the quotation validity period has expired for NPI projects.
  • PCB raw materials:
  • Implement PCB raw material reservation based on NPI project request
  • Track on material status-include raw material arrival time, expiration date
  • Provide advance notification before the material reaches its expiration date, enabling the project team to evaluate the situation and determine the appropriate course of action.
  • Drive supplier improvement actions on material secure, escalate risks to ensure project delivery on time.
  • Ensure we have a complete map of supplier tier 2 raw material vendors and if needed tier 3 to understand what influence we can have there for improvements.
  • Maintain accurate database, analysis data per request
  • Support GCM to collect necessary documents for new vendor set up.
  • Track status of free sample
  • Other tasks related to PCB commodity management.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree
  • 3-5 years of related experience in manufacturing.
  • Good English.
  • Excellent Communication and negotiation skills.
  • Good analytical competence and presentation skills.
