职位描述
1、主要负责智驾、座舱等域控制器及部分后装产品的 PCB 整体技术方案，主导叠层设计、阻抗规划等，主导完成PCB Layout设计； 2、针对 DDR、PCIe、车载以太网、MIPI、SerDes、电源等开展 SI/PI 仿真评估，识别信号完整性、电源噪声、串扰、回流、输出仿真报告与设计约束； 3、主持 PCB 设计评审，识别设计缺陷，输出评审意见并推动闭环； 4、对接 PCB 供应链，评估板材厂商、制板厂工艺能力，参与DFM评审，推动工艺优化与成本改善； 5、与系统、硬件、结构、射频、测试、制造等跨团队对齐需求，解决结构约束、电气约束、组装约束等，平衡多维度需求。
职位要求
1、本科及以上，电子工程、电气工程、自动化等相关专业；8 年及以上硬件 PCB 相关经验，其中汽车电子 PCB 经验≥5 年； 2、精通 Cadence Allegro 平台，熟练使用 SI/PI 仿真工具； 3、熟悉主流车载 PCB 板材、铜箔、HDI、压合、SMT 工艺，懂PCB生产制造瓶颈； 4、强跨部门沟通，能推动硬件、结构、供应链、制造接受技术方案，推动问题闭环； 5、具备座舱、智驾域控制器 PCB 开发量产经验更加。
