Job Description

Responsive recruiter PCA's at Right at Home:Join Right at Home Southern New Hampshire as a Caregiver and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients in Nashua, NH. We are dedicated to providing exceptional in-home care, and we are looking for compassionate individuals to join our team and support our mission.
Immediate needs in Nashua- take one or many options:
-9am-5pm M-F
- 8am-12pm M-F
- 1230PM -430pm M-F
- 8am-12pm Sundays
- 5pm-7pm Sun-Mon
- 1 hour shifts Sun-Sat 8am-9am and 8pm-8pm for an assisted transfer- take one or both as many days as you can
-$18.00-$20.00 per hour depending on experience

Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities.
  • Administer medication and monitor client health as directed.
  • Assist clients with mobility and physical exercises.
  • Engage clients in social and recreational activities to promote mental well-being.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
  • Document and report any changes in client condition to the supervisor.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Adhere to all safety and health regulations and protocols.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Prior experience in caregiving or healthcare preferred.
  • Current CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings.
  • Compassionate and patient demeanor, with a passion for helping others.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
