About the Role:

ComForCare Home Health Care - Alpharetta is looking for compassionate and dedicated PCA/CNA Caregivers to join our growing team in Cumming, GA! This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of clients by providing personalized, in-home care that promotes independence and dignity. Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support
  • Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation to ensure safety and comfort
  • Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed
  • Perform light housekeeping duties such as laundry, vacuuming, and tidying living spaces
  • Monitor and document client health status, reporting any changes to supervisors
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families
  • Assist with medication reminders and follow individualized care plans

Requirements:

  • Current PCA or CNA certification in the state of Georgia preferred
  • Previous experience in home care, assisted living, or a clinical caregiving setting
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
  • Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient demeanor
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
  • CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed

Compensation: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
