Personal Care Assistant (PCA) - Full-Time, 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to join our team on a full-time basis, working the 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM shift. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients by providing essential personal care and support in a respectful and caring environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Help with light housekeeping and meal preparation as needed
- Monitor and report any changes in clients’ health or behavior to healthcare professionals
- Follow care plans and adhere to safety protocols
- Support clients in maintaining their independence and dignity

Requirements
Skills and Qualifications:
- Prior experience in personal care, healthcare, or a related field preferred
- Compassionate, patient, and respectful demeanor
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Ability to lift and assist clients with mobility as required
- High school diploma or equivalent; certification in caregiving or CPR is a plus
