
The People & Culture Workforce Partner serves as the primary on-site People & Culture leader responsible for workforce stability, employee relations execution, and regulatory workforce compliance within the skilled nursing facility.
This role ensures consistent application of People & Culture practices, supports leaders in managing workforce performance and conduct, and protects the organization’s operational readiness through accurate documentation, onboarding execution, and early intervention in workforce issues.
The Workforce Partner plays a critical role in strengthening retention, ensuring compliance readiness, and maintaining a professional, stable, and accountable workforce.
This position does not require a specific degree. The organization will train the right individual who demonstrates strong judgment, accountability, professionalism, and execution capability.
