Main Responsibilities
Responsible to help driving the big agenda of the business unit in the market by leading multiple agencies, understand the business dynamics, driving initiatives to be competitive in the market.
Drive business unit digital commerce performance through consistent demand generation activities
Stakeholder management and collaborate with cross function includes External agencies and internal stakeholder
Monitoring performance (return) and optimizing budget
Experience & Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in media, retail media and e-commerce.
Strong curiosity to understand of shopper behaviour, market trends, and competitor analysis.
Strong confident to managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
Demonstrated leadership abilities, including the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Skill
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate brand vision and strategy effectively.
Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and interpretation to make informed business decisions.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for breakthrough technology and driving change.
Proficiency in related tools and software supporting for d-commerce and retail media
Understanding e-commerce landscape (livestream and affiliates)
