What do we expect you to bring?
Degree in Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Psychology, or related fields,
1–5 years of experience in Customer Experience (CX), CRM, Project Management, and Process Management.
Mastery of MS Office applications; strong analytical thinking skills,
Experience in leading global projects and the ability to work with multi-stakeholder teams,
Competency in analyzing and improving customer processes,
Advanced coordination, communication, and negotiation skills,
Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
Ability to generate innovative ideas and a strong aptitude for teamwork,
Experience with analytical tools such as SAS or Knime.
How can you make an impact?
Mapping of sales, renewal, and cancellation journeys; analyzing friction points within experiences and identifying improvement opportunities.
Monitoring Voice of the Customer (VOC) and Net Promoter Score (NPS); continuously improving experience processes based on customer feedback analysis.
Root Cause Analysis: Conducting root cause analyses using data, customer feedback, and qualitative insights to understand the underlying issues of pain points.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working closely with Product, Pricing, and Sales teams to determine and implement actions that will improve customer experience in the market.
Performing industry benchmarks regarding products and developing strategic recommendations to meet customers' ongoing needs.
Designing ad-hoc customer surveys when necessary, analyzing the data obtained, and extracting meaningful insights.
Planning actions to increase customer loyalty and designing direct product campaigns in churn and retention projects.
