Summary: This role provides direct support to residents by assisting with personal care, daily activities, meal service, and mobility while ensuring comfort, safety, and dignity. Responsibilities include maintaining clean and safe living and common areas, following infection control and hygiene protocols, monitoring residents’ health and reporting changes, and responding promptly to calls and emergencies. The position also involves coordinating activities, completing documentation and maintenance requests, attending required training, and delivering excellent customer service while complying with HIPAA and organizational policies. Flexibility, teamwork, strong time management, and a caring attitude are essential.

Qualifications:
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent
- Certification: Active Nurse Aide in Pennsylvania
- Must be a minimum of 18 years of age
- Language Proficiency: Must be proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
- Completion of, or ability to successfully complete Direct Care Staff Person Training Course and Competency Test prior to acceptance of employment
