About the Role
This dynamic role blends partnership in People & Culture, administrative expertise, and talent acquisition exclusively for the LATAM region. You'll be at the heart of supporting diverse P&C functions, managing the workplace experience for our offices in Chile and the Bahamas, and driving impactful recruitment initiatives. Your key responsibilities will include:

P&C Partner:

  • Serve as the primary contact for employees at the Chile office, providing support on P&C policies, procedures, and compliance
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless employee experience
  • Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS and ensure compliance with local labour laws and regulations
  • Support employee relations by addressing workplace concerns and resolving issues in collaboration with leadership
  • Coordinate performance management processes, including performance reviews and development planning
  • Partner with the global People & Culture team to align local practices with company-wide policies
  • Administer payroll processes and benefits programs, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness in the market

Talent Acquisition:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles, with a focus on attracting top talent in LATAM region
  • Proactively source candidates using diverse platforms and build strong talent pipelines
  • Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and advise on best practices
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience by maintaining professionalism, efficiency, and empathy
  • Collaborate with the global talent team to implement and refine recruitment strategies
  • Enhance employer branding through effective communication and engagement

About you

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in HR, including generalist, office management, and recruitment roles
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR practices in region
  • Proven ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and recruitment platforms
  • Strong interpersonal skills, cultural awareness, attention to detail, and confidentiality
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a global, diverse team
  • Spanish as a native language is a must and good command of English
