The Role

The People & Culture Operations Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day administration of InfoTrack's People & Culture systems, data and processes. This role ensures the accuracy of employee records, supports the monthly payroll process, maintains HR reporting and analytics, and helps deliver efficient and compliant P&C operations across InfoTrack and its subsidiaries. Working closely with the Executive Head of People & Culture, Finance and the broader P&C team, you'll play a key role in improving systems, reporting and employee experience.

About you

The successful candidate will be a proactive and organised HR professional with a strong understanding of Australian employment legislation, modern awards, and HR best practice. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, confidently managing competing priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and confidentiality. You are adaptable, solutions-focused, and comfortable using HR data and insights to support informed decision-making and continuous improvement.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Own and administer our HRIS system (Rippling) across all InfoTrack entities, ensuring data accuracy, integrity and continuous system improvement.
  • Coordinate monthly payroll with Finance, managing employee changes including new starters, terminations, promotions and salary updates.
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee HRIS and payroll enquiries, providing timely support and resolution.
  • Produce and maintain People & Culture reporting, including headcount, turnover, recruitment metrics and BI dashboards.
  • Prepare WGEA reporting, remuneration survey submissions, and support salary review and bonus processes with accurate data.
  • Provide administrative support to the People & Culture team while contributing to HR projects, process improvements and people initiatives.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years' experience in an HR Operations, HRIS or People & Culture Coordinator role.
  • Experience with Rippling or a similar HRIS/payroll platform highly desirable.
  • Intermediate Excel skills, including X-Lookup and pivot tables.
  • Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail and accuracy; experience with Power BI or similar tools highly desirable. Understanding of Australian payroll requirements and employment legislation.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines.
  • Ability to manage multiple, disparate tasks and projects through to completion.
