Based in Södertälje, the SCA Head Office and Market Support Centre provides governance, strategic development, credit risk management, contract administration, and IT support. With 40 employees in Södertälje, we manage a portfolio of more than 400 MEUR of assets across 10+ markets.

As P&C Manager, you will play a key role in supporting a growing and transforming organization within Scania Credit AB, soon to become TRATON Finance International AB. You will partner closely with senior leaders, drive the full employee lifecycle, and contribute to organizational development, workforce planning, and employee engagement initiatives. The role has an international scope, with approximately 75% of the focus dedicated to Sweden and 25% supporting Scania Finance Maroc SA, including regular collaboration and travel to Casablanca.
