This is a remote position.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Manage and service P&C insurance accounts, including personal and commercial lines.

• 
  Prepare and provide insurance quotes, bind policies, process endorsements, handle renewals, and issue certificates of insurance.

• 
  Evaluate client coverage needs and identify gaps in protection.

• 
  Interpret and explain policy language, terms, and conditions to clients.

• 
  Maintain knowledge of carrier underwriting guidelines and requirements.

• 
  Collaborate with internal teams and carriers to ensure timely and accurate policy issuance.

• 
  Support the sales process, assisting in the placement of new business and renewals.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience:

• 
  Direct experience with Property & Casualty insurance policies, including at least several of the following:

  • 
    Personal or commercial property insurance

  • 
    Liability coverage (general liability, auto, umbrella, etc.)

  • 
    Quoting, policy binding, endorsements, renewals, and certificates of insurance

• 
  Exposure to carrier underwriting guidelines.

• 
  Ability to identify coverage gaps and explain policies clearly to clients.

• 
  Experience working in an insurance agency, brokerage, or carrier environment.

• 
  Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• 
  Licensed P&C Producer / Agent license preferred but not required.
