Job Description

The Electric Boar Information Technology End User Services Team has an opening for PC Hardware Asset Management Lead. This individual will lead our PC Hardware Asset Management efforts for EBIT. Maintain ownership of the PC Hardware life-cycle process for all EBIT PC hardware. Ensuring ServiceNow services are being fulfilled correctly with velocity and accuracy. Providing constant oversight over CMDB accuracy for PC Hardware with a continuous improvement mindset. Working with EBIT Endpoint, EBIT Procurement and managed service providers to ensure the right PC hardware is ordered in the correct quantities. Interfacing effectively and professionally with EB Users, Management, Vendors, Partners and Managed Service Providers to deliver best business outcomes. Support IT compliance and IT Security requirements and process.

The ability to effectively use ServiceNow is pivotal to success in this role. Provide KPIs and metrics PC Hardware Asset Management to enable management to make informed decisions for best business outcomes.

Qualifications

Required:

  • High School Diploma, GED or higher
  • 12+ Years experience in IT Asset Management
  • 8+ Years experience with ServiceNow
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance through the Department of Defense

Preferred:

  • Two/Four Year Technical School/College
  • 15+ Years experience in IT Asset Management
  • 10+ Years experience with ServiceNow
  • Enterprise Environment Experience
  • ITIL

Skills

  • Strong Negotiation and Communication competency
  • Highly Organized with strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products (Excel)
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
