
As part of our growth, we are hiring a P&C Global Standards / People Development Intern (m/f/d) in the Global Learning & Development Department The main tasks and responsibilities will be as follows:
MY TASKS:
• Support the coordination and logistics of global training programs, workshops, and learning initiatives
• Assist in the administration of learning platforms (LMS), including content uploads, user management, and participation tracking
• Support the preparation of communication materials and internal campaigns related to learning and development initiatives
• Collect and analyze participant feedback to contribute to the continuous improvement of learning programs
• Support the Global Performance Appraisal process, including system management, tool preparation, employee support, and issue resolution
• Assist in the development of learning content and resources, such as presentations, guides, and e-learning materials
• Support the administration of the 360° feedback process and other talent development tools
• Conduct research on learning trends, tools, and best practices to support innovation within the Learning & Development area
MY PROFILE:
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
• Background or interest in Human Resources, Learning & Development, or Talent Management
• Fluent English and Spanish language skills (C1 level)
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Proactive, curious, dynamic, and eager-to-learn profile
• Ability to work effectively in an international environment and collaborate with different stakeholders
