P&C Field Services Technician — 20 Openings | Nationwide Energy & Utilities | Field Engineering

The Work

Testing and commissioning P&C systems on high-voltage substations (15 kV – 500 kV) across utility, industrial, and bulk power projects nationwide. Hands-on, high-impact, and never the same job site twice.

What You'll Be Doing

• Relay testing (static and dynamic) using Omicron CMC 256/356, Doble F6150, and similar test sets across SEL, GE, Basler, and Beckwith relay families
• Control scheme testing, CT/PT circuit verification, and settings uploads
• Field documentation — logs, sketches, digital reports
• Reporting directly to on-site Project Leads and Field Supervisors

What You Bring

• Hands-on experience with medium and high voltage electrical testing — circuit breakers, power transformers, instrument transformers, and substation P&C systems
• Familiarity with NETA, IEEE, and NFPA testing standards
• Proficiency with ProTesT, Protection Suite, ENOSERV RTS, Omicron Test Universe, and/or AcSELerator Quickset
• Valid driver's license with a clean record
