THE OPPORTUNITY
We areseekingaself-driven,business orientedSenior Analyst to join ourRisk Advisory andAssuranceteam. This team plays a vital role in supporting PC Bank by executing internal audit plans and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards. Your work will help drive strategic initiatives andoptimizerisk management processes across the organization.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Audit Leadership: Help drive thedeliveryof a portfolio ofauditsthrough the planning, execution, and reporting phases. Our projects covercritical regulatory, operational, and strategic areas to ensure compliance with industry standardsand best practices.
Cross-functionalcollaboration: Engage withadiverse teamof risk professionalstounderstand current and emerging risks, share research and insights, and contribute to leading ways of working.
Relationship building:Build andmaintainstrong relationships with internalandexternal partners to understandbusiness challenges and connect dotsto deliver value throughout projects.
Data-driven Insights: Leverage data analytics forenhancedrisk assessmentsand testing, including developing visualizations for high impactpresentations to senior management.
High-impactconsulting: Engage instrategicconsulting projects asrequestedby senior leadership and the Board.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS ANDCOMPETENCIES
A bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, ora relatedfield
3+years of experience inbanking,financial services,management consulting,internalorexternalaudit.
CPA,CIA,or MBAisa strong asset
Proven problem-solver, with an innovative and entrepreneurial mindset, and ability tothink outside the box
Strong communicationskills, and a demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels, particularly through the development and delivery of highly visual and impactful presentations
Team player with excellent ability to collaborate and effectively prioritizeto manageandcompleteprojects within timelines
