Heidelberg Materials Australia is seeking a highly analytical and technically capable P&C Analyst to support and enhance our people systems, workforce reporting capability, and HR data governance framework.
This is a specialist role focused on People Analytics, HRIS reporting, data architecture, workforce insights, and system optimisation across Workday, SAP, Power BI and related platforms. You will partner with People & Culture, Finance and operational leaders to transform workforce data into strategic insights that drive business decisions.
This role would suit an experienced HR Analyst, Workforce Analyst, HRIS Analyst or Business Intelligence professional looking to build advanced capability in a large, national organisation.
As the P&C Analyst, you will be responsible for the design, development and maintenance of workforce analytics, reporting solutions, data management processes and systems enhancements.
You will act as a key technical resource within the People & Culture function, ensuring accurate, reliable and actionable workforce data is available to support compliance, workforce planning and strategic decision-making.
You are highly analytical, technically minded and passionate about leveraging data to improve business performance.
You enjoy working at the intersection of people, systems and data and can confidently communicate technical findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
