PBX Operator
Full Time
$15.00/Hour
3:00 pm-11:00 pm, Weekends and Holidays are Required.

Job

Summary:
The PBX operators deal with incoming calls, transfer callers to other individuals within an organization, and pass on messages. This involves routing calls, carrying out administrative duties, and sharing information.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Responds professionally and courteously to incoming and internal calls by providing fast, accurate telephone and outstanding customer service skills
- All other tasks assigned by management

Qualifications

Qualifications and Skills:
- Must have strong hospitality and communication skills to interact with guests professionally
- Must understand and follow verbal/written instructions, work on multiple tasks simultaneously, and communicate verbally and in writing
- Good computer skills and detail-oriented
Physical Demands:
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Constant computer and phone usage
Required Competencies:
- Good communication skills with other staff and colleagues
- Perform various projects requested by supervisors/managers
- Ability to follow instructions
- Detail-oriented
- Phone etiquette
- Be Work independently, with little supervision
- Be able to work independently
