To support the monitoring, analysis, and enhancement of agency recruitment performance and financing scheme initiatives across the agency distribution network.
The role is responsible for tracking recruitment productivity, monitoring financing scheme performance, and supporting initiatives that drive quality recruitment, early agent activation, and sustainable agency growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Performance Monitoring
1. Monitor and analyse agency recruitment performance indicators, including:
• Recruitment volume
• Recruitment conversion rate
• Quality recruitment indicators
• Early agent activation and productivity
2. Prepare recruitment performance reports and dashboards for management monitoring.
3. Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities to improve recruitment productivity across regions and agency segments.
4. Support initiatives aimed at strengthening recruitment pipeline and improving recruitment outcomes.

Financing Scheme Performance Monitoring
1. Monitor and analyse performance of financing scheme agents, including:
• Financing scheme participation
• Productivity levels of financed agents
• Activation rate of new agents under financing programs
• Retention and sustainability of financing scheme agents
2. Prepare periodic financing scheme performance reports for management and internal stakeholders.
3. Track performance against financing scheme targets and highlight areas requiring intervention.
4. Support analysis to assess effectiveness and sustainability of financing initiatives.

Recruitment & Financing Scheme Initiatives
1. Support the implementation of initiatives aimed at improving recruitment productivity and early agent success.
2. Assist in developing strategies that improve recruitment quality and strengthen the financing scheme pipeline.
3. Monitor outcomes of recruitment campaigns and financing initiatives to evaluate effectiveness.
4. Provide insights and recommendations to improve recruitment and financing scheme performance.

Reporting & Analytics
1. Prepare performance reports related to recruitment activities and financing scheme performance.
2. Analyse agency data to generate insights into recruitment trends and agent development outcomes.
3. Support development of dashboards that track recruitment and financing scheme performance indicators.
4. Provide analytical summaries and insights for management discussions and strategy planning.

Presentation & Communication Materials
1. Prepare presentation slides and reporting packs highlighting recruitment and financing scheme performance.
2. Support preparation of briefing materials for leadership meetings, regional discussions, and agency strategy reviews.
3. Develop communication materials that summarise recruitment initiatives and financing scheme updates.
4. Translate analytical findings into clear and actionable insights for stakeholders.

Stakeholder Collaboration
1. Collaborate with internal stakeholders including:
• Agency Development
• Regional Sales Teams
• Agency Learning & Development
• Finance and Risk teams
2. Provide performance insights to support recruitment initiatives and financing scheme management.
3. Support coordination between recruitment strategies and broader agency development initiatives.

Governance & Compliance
1. Ensure recruitment initiatives and financing scheme monitoring comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
2. Maintain proper documentation for recruitment performance tracking and financing scheme reporting.
3. Support governance and audit reviews related to recruitment and financing scheme initiatives.
