  • Support services in aligning practice with person-centred values and promote the inclusion, autonomy and rights of individuals.
  • Deliver training on PBS, Active Support, and related topics to improve staff knowledge and confidence.
  • Facilitate regular cascade and team meetings to review progress, share learning, and reinforce good practice.
  • Contribute to service planning, risk assessments, and multi-disciplinary discussions with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Work collaboratively with families and professionals, such as clinical psychologists, social workers, occupational therapists, and speech and language therapists.
  • Maintain accurate, timely records and contribute to audit, research, and service evaluation as required.
  • Uphold safeguarding and data protection standards in all aspects of your work.
