Non-Bargaining Title I Grant-funded position
Applications will be accepted until the position is filled.

Salary: $20 per hour for qualified applicants
Hours: 5.75 hours per day; limited to 173 days; report times will be determined by the Building Principal
Reports to: Building Principal

of Position:
The Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) Aide is responsible for assisting with the implementation of school wide universal PBIS supports in order to strengthen social skills, improve social emotional competence, apply behavioral expectations, monitor and improve school attendance rates to elevate academic achievement.

Qualifications

• Appropriate and Valid Ohio Teaching License
• Experience working with students struggling academically preferred

• Exceptional communication skills required

The successful applicant must have the following on file before they can begin work:

1. Appropriate and valid Ohio Teaching License
2. Current favorable State and Federal background checks
3. Ohio Auditor of State Fraud Training and Reporting
4. Negative drug screen
