As a PBCS Techno / Functional - Associate, you will specialize in consulting services for Oracle enterprise performance management solutions, collaborating with clients to assess their needs and design Oracle-based solutions for budgeting, forecasting, financial consolidation, and reporting. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will help clients optimize operational efficiency by analyzing their needs, implementing software solutions, and providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications.

As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagements while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be driven by curiosity, adapting to diverse client needs and team dynamics, and taking ownership to consistently deliver work that drives value. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will engage in project tasks, develop basic skills and knowledge, and respond effectively to diverse perspectives. You will use a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems, contributing to the success of your team and clients.

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with clients to assess and address their performance management needs using Oracle technologies
• Designing and implementing Oracle-based solutions for budgeting, forecasting, financial consolidation, and reporting
• Providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of Oracle enterprise performance management tools
• Analyzing client needs to optimize operational efficiency through business application consulting
• Applying business process analysis and digital tooling to enhance client operations
• Developing business rules and optimization models to improve financial planning and analysis processes
• Conducting strategic data analysis to inform performance assessment and reporting
• Utilizing Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE) for enterprise integration and monitoring
• Engaging in resource allocation and cost management to support client objectives
• Participating in process root cause analysis to identify and resolve operational challenges

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 1 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

• Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Finance, Management Information Systems, Economics, Business Administration/Management
• At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in Enterprise Performance Management or related Oracle EPM Cloud applications
• Demonstrating proficiency in Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE)
• Utilizing skills in Planning Budgeting and Forecasting (PBF)
• Engaging in Business Process Analysis and Optimization Models
• Applying knowledge of Financial Planning and Financial Forecasting
• Excelling in Strategic Data Analysis and Performance Management Software
