Job Description

Job Location: Pursuit FL - Fort Pierce, FL 34946
- Record non-conformances in QDD Database, report findings and FTY to Manufacturing
- Continually observe ways to streamline and improve our processes using the Pursuit Production System
- Assist with compliance testing, inspections and recommendations.
- Work along with Manufacturing to reduce repeat Warranty hits and findings during inspections
- Increase FTY
- Is acountable for ensuring that established Quality standards and objectives are met or exceeded within his/her areas of Quality.
- Review Quality/Warranty issues and determine root cause
- Work with MFG to present the problem & countermeasures through the CAR system
- Complete required system checks as required in the following systems
- - AC/DC electrical equipment
- - Drainage system
- - Fresh water system
- - Waste system
- - Fuel system & fuel restriction test
- - AC/Heat
- - Propulsion system
- - Performance testing in pool or inshore
- Other duties may be assigned.
- - Trained to use measuring devices such as ultrasound machines, wet film gauges, moisture meters, etc

Qualifications
- Compliance with Pursuit’s safety policies, practices, regulations and procedures
- Good technical knowledge and skill in assigned area
- Strong relational skills with all levels of the organization.
- Communicates clear expectations and holds direct reports accountable.
- Confronts and manages conflict in a positive manner.
- Develops direct reports by providing opportunities for their growth.
- Knowledge of Syteline and Windows based software including Outlook, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power Point
Education and/or

Experience:  High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and or 2-4 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Skills:  Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.  Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.  Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Mathematical Skills:  Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.  Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Reasoning Ability:  Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
