Job Location: Pursuit FL - Fort Pierce, FL 34946Key Objective:
- Successfully prepare Molds and Master patterns for production and mold lamination teams
- Maintain schedule and quality
Job Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
- Wet/Dry sand master/mold surfaces and buff to a polished surface
- Identify surface defects
- Sand prep surfaces for spray repairs
- Willing to work all shifts
- Work on any special projects as needed
- Do housekeeping and other job-related duties assigned by supervisor
- Maintain department schedule to meet key milestones
- Other duties may be assigned
- Tape and prepare molds and master patterns for spraying
- Make sure that molds and masters are clean with no contaminates before spraying
- Wax finished tools in preparation for production part or mold builds
- Ensure all operations are performed safely
- Maintain all areas and keep equipment clean, neat, and organized at all times
- Conduct daily routine maintenance of equipment
- Store all materials safely at the end of the day
- Train Sander level employees.
- Conduct operations using TDC fabrication approved processes (ISPC)
Proficiencies:
- Use of quality assurance equipment, radius gauge, etc.
- Surface inspection techniques
- Composite fabrication
- Sanding and buffing techniques

QualificationsGeneral knowledge and understanding of required power tools
Must be able to understand and execute top quality
Must be able to pass the strength/stress test and drug/alcohol screening contingent to the hiring process
Job requires standing and working in and around boats/molds throughout the entire day
Must work efficiently and in the safest manner possible, following all safety regulations at all time
