  • AI-enabled product thinking. The candidate must have hands-on experience using leading AI tools available today for rapid prototyping.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or relevant certifications a plus.

  • 3–5 years of experience in management consulting, product management, financial services, alternatives investments, wealth management, or related fields.

  • Understanding of product management and building software products, including roadmap planning, requirement gathering, design, prioritization, and execution.

  • Foundational understanding of alternative investments.

  • Product management fundamentals: ability to define user needs, translate business requirements into feature specifications, prioritize and build a roadmap, collaborate with key stakeholders, and support cross-functional execution.

  • Executive-ready communication and influence: ability to distill complex private markets technology concepts into compelling visual narratives for audiences ranging from frontline Advisors to senior leadership.

  • Design thinking and user-centered research: proficiency in discovery techniques, ability to support usability evaluation of alternatives interfaces, and to iterate on designs through direct engagement with end users.

  • Domain knowledge in alternative investments: knowledge across private equity, private credit, hedge funds, real estate, real assets, and structured products, including the lifecycle of commitments, capital calls, subscription workflows, fund onboarding, and performance monitoring for illiquid assets.

  • Highly self-motivated with the ability to remain calm under pressure.

  • Naturally curious mindset and a willingness to dig into the details.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Extremely curious about the investment landscape and trends within the alternatives space.
