This role offers a unique opportunity to lead a key market-facing practice, influence strategy, and drive innovation in HR Tech solutions. You will work at the intersection of technology and people, leading a high-performing team and collaborating across global Deloitte networks to deliver tailored, impactful solutions for our clients.

Key skills and prior experience

  • Proven senior leadership experience within consulting or professional services, with a strong track record in client relationship management
  • Deep expertise in HR technology and transformation, particularly in Payroll, Workforce Management (WFM), and related processes, with hands-on experience in solutions such as UKG, ADP, Ceridian, and Infor
  • Strong programme management skills and experience building and developing high-performing teams with HR Tech capabilities
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, with a commitment to inclusivity, employee engagement, and client service excellence

What type of work will I be doing?

  • Defining and executing the strategy and goals for the PWFM team as a core part of Deloitte’s HR technology and transformation market offering
  • Driving market demand and securing project wins focused on HR Tech solutions
  • Assembling and leading cross-functional teams from Deloitte’s Consulting capabilities to design and deliver customised client solutions
  • Advising on vendor selection, conducting current and future state assessments, and gathering requirements across HCM, Payroll, WFM, and Benefits disciplines
  • Establishing processes to promote shared learning and continuous capability development within the team
  • Overseeing quality assurance for client deliverables, focusing on accuracy, timeliness, and effective communication
  • Leading rigorous analysis and insight generation to support strategy development and client advisory services
  • Collaborating with Deloitte teams locally and globally to provide seamless, integrated client experiences
