You’ll partner with stakeholders across the business, lead system enhancements, and empower our People & Experience team to unlock the full potential of our platforms.

Key Responsibilities

System Support & Leadership

  • Provide expert support, training, and guidance on people systems (Workday, Rewards Gateway, etc.)
  • Manage Workday master data in line with governance frameworks
  • Oversee ticket management, ensuring timely resolution within SLAs
  • Troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams (P&E, Payroll, IT) and external vendors
  • Develop system documentation, process flows, and user guides
  • Lead and support team performance, identifying development opportunities

System Maintenance & Enhancements

  • Maintain system configurations, data structures, and processes
  • Identify and prioritise system improvements and enhancements
  • Translate business requirements into solutions through analysis and recommendations
  • Support system design, configuration, testing, and implementation
  • Stay up to date with HR technology trends and best practices

Data, Reporting & Analytics

  • Develop and deliver reports and dashboards (both cyclical and ad hoc)
  • Analyse data across integrated systems and identify impacts
  • Support data governance and audits to ensure integrity and compliance
  • Contribute to policy reviews to align with system capabilities

Skills and Experience

  • Must be an Australian Citizen
  • Proven experience in HRIS/HCM system administration
  • Strong Workday experience (Core HCM, Recruitment, Absence, Compensation, Talent highly desirable)
  • Experience with ticketing/service management systems
  • Previous leadership or team management experience desirable
  • Strong understanding of HR systems and processes
  • Advanced Excel and reporting capabilities
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • High attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Knowledge of HR metrics and employment legislation (desirable)
