
The Payroll Deduction Supervisor is responsible for leading the administration, accuracy, compliance, and delivery of payroll deductions and payroll processing activities. This role supervises HR specialists; oversees payroll operations from time review through post-payroll auditing; ensures compliance with applicable laws, policies, collective bargaining agreements (CBAs), and benefit plan requirements; and serves as the primary escalation point for complex payroll and deduction-related issues. The Payroll Deduction Supervisor partners closely with HR, Benefits, Finance, Payroll, HRIS, IT, bottler partners, and third-party vendors to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing and continuous process improvement.
Minimum: HS Diploma or GED with demonstrated payroll experience in an HR/payroll environment, including compliance, audits, reconciliations, and customer support.
Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
3+ years of payroll experience with increasing responsibility; prior lead or supervisory experience preferred
2+ years of experience in an HR/payroll environment utilizing an enterprise HRIS/payroll platform (e.g., SAP) and/or case management/work intake tools.
Willingness and ability to travel as required by the business.
CCBSS operates a hybrid working environment. This is a teleworking role that requires working at a CCBSS office location on a regular basis (or a minimum number of days per month or week) at the manager’s discretion.The number of days required at a CCBSS office location is at the manager’s discretion and may change based on business needs.
