Die Tech & Produkt-Organisation
Aufbau: Die Tech & Produkt Organisation besteht aus knapp 160 Mitarbeiter:innen und ist verteilt auf 2 Bereiche (Core & Fachapplikationen) und insgesamt ca. 15 crossfunktionale Teams. Die Produkt-Teams sind nach Produktnutzergruppen ausgerichtet wie bspw. Lohnabrechnung, Mitarbeiter-Self-Service oder Personaladministration.
Kultur: Leitmotive sind „You build it, you run it“, “Common Ownership” und Clean Code. Die Arbeitsweise ist pragmatisch und agil. Agile Coaches stehen on Demand zur Verfügung.
