Dayforce sucht eine/n Payroll Specialist (m/w/d), der/die für die Durchführung, Validierung und Prüfung aller Prozesse im Rahmen der Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung verantwortlich ist. Sie bauen vertrauensvolle Kundenbeziehungen auf, bearbeiten Anfragen innerhalb definierter Fristen und stellen sicher, dass Sie stets über aktuelle gesetzliche Anforderungen im Bereich Payroll in Deutschland informiert sind.
Was Sie tun werden
• Sicherstellung der korrekten und fristgerechten Durchführung aller Schritte im Payroll-Zyklus, einschließlich Steuern und Sozialleistungen.
• Bearbeitung von Änderungen, Zahlungen und Abrechnungen für zugewiesene Kunden.
• Durchführung von Qualitätskontrollen und Prüfungen zur Sicherstellung einer niedrigen Fehlerquote.
• Zusammenarbeit mit internen Schnittstellen zur Klärung von Payroll- und Mitarbeiteranfragen.
• Bereitstellung von HR- und Payroll-Support gemäß vertraglichen und gesetzlichen Anforderungen.
• Erstellung, Pflege und regelmäßige Überprüfung von Standardarbeitsanweisungen.
• Eigenverantwortliche Steuerung von Aufgaben und Projekten bis zum erfolgreichen Abschluss.
• Proaktive Identifikation und Umsetzung von Prozessverbesserungen.
Ihre Qualifikationen
• Mindestens 1 Jahr Erfahrung in der deutschen Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung.
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
• Erfahrung mit Abrechnungen für große Mitarbeiterzahlen (ca. >3.000).
• Fähigkeit zur eigenständigen Problemlösung und Kundenkommunikation.
• Fundierte Kenntnisse in Qualitätskontrolle und Audit-Prozessen.
• Aktuelle Kenntnisse der deutschen Steuer- und Sozialversicherungsvorschriften.
• Erfahrung mit Payroll-Systemen wie LoGa, SAP oder Paisy.
• Hohe Kundenorientierung und selbstständige Arbeitsweise.
• Fähigkeit zur internationalen Zusammenarbeit.
Was Sie auszeichnet

• Kenntnisse in der Nutzung von SV.net.
• Erfahrung mit Dayforce oder vergleichbaren Cloud-Payroll-Systemen.
