Job Description

  • Based in
    Portugal and part of a team of three people, you will manage the payroll for a
    portfolio of French entities while supporting back-office activities
  •  You will work closely with the HR team located in France
  • Also, ensure accurate and timely payroll processing within your scope, in
    line with internal procedures and deadlines
  • You will review variable payroll elements and manage employee onboarding and
    offboarding processes
  • Furthermore, perform data consistency checks and resolve discrepancies when
    necessary
  • You will verify social and tax declarations and liaise with external
    organizations
  • You will prepare regular activity and payroll reports
  • Respond to employee queries related to payroll and HR administrative
    matters
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including process
    optimization and digitalization
