Payroll Specialist - Apprenticeship

Job Location: Boulogne-Billancourt

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage with the team the monthly payroll of local employees in the rep office.

• Collect, review and submit payroll data.

• Prepare payroll reports and basic controls.

• Participate on the monthly declarations and payments, payroll documentation archiving.

• Participate with the team for the severance pay for exit employees and benefits of the rep office.

• Profit sharing calculation in compliance with company agreements.

• Liaise with various partners to support activity (URSSAF, HUMANIS, Accounting, tax, auditors etc).

• Respect confidentiality of internal rules and policies.

• Reports to: Payroll Leader; Same level: HR team members of the Human Resource Dept.

Requirements:

• Students with a Master’s degree on going in Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

• Students with basic knowledge on payroll rules and management in France (a first experience in a payroll department as intern or apprentice is a plus).

• Passionate, proactive and fast learner students who want to grow and evolve in a dynamic payroll team.

• Students who have a good Microsoft Office skills.

• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior management.

• Students with excellent communication skills in English and French.

• Ability to work in an international business environment.

• Eligibility to work within the EU.
