Job Description

We’re looking for a Payroll Specialist for a company in Gothenburg. Start is ASAP, 1 year limited contract to begin with. This role is 100% onsite in Gothenburg.

Assignment Description

Deliver investigative and resolution based support and administration within the Payroll area:

• Payroll-specific records maintenance (changes in wage/salary rates; pension, insurance, mandatory deductions; new hires, terminations, leave of absence, etc.)
• Reconciliation of payroll records (e.g., payments, deductions, general ledger entries for wages)
• Monitor and manage payroll legislation compliance, guidelines, policies, and regulations. Answering questions from employees and supervisors regarding payroll matters .
• Lead and coordinate the development and implementation of processes, policies, tools, and guidelines related to legislative changes or improvements within the Payroll administration area.

This role requires fluency in Swedish and English.

This is a full-time consultant position in Gothenburg through Incluso. Start is ASAP, 1 year limited contract to begin with. This role is 100% onsite in Gothenburg.
