We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to join our headquarters accounting team in Canby, Oregon. This is a vital role responsible for ensuring high-volume, multi-state payroll accuracy and maintaining employee satisfaction across our national operations.
Role Overview
Reporting to the Payroll Manager, the Payroll Specialist shares high-volume responsibility for processing weekly in-house payroll for 800 to 900 multi-state, multi-union employees. Operating in an active collaborative office environment, you will manage timesheet audits, cost coding, union benefit reporting, tax remittances, and general payroll accounting duties with precision and timeliness.
