Core duties and responsibilities include:

• Process bi-weekly payroll for multiple entities
• Maintain payroll records, employee deductions, benefits, garnishments, and tax withholdings
• Review timesheets, leave balances, and payroll changes
• Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and payroll reports
• Support accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reporting
• Assist with grant tracking and tax filings
• Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and accounting standards

Required skills and qualifications:

• At least a year of payroll processing experience for over 50 employees
• Experience with ADP payroll Software
• Accounting experience including journal entries and reconciliations preferred
• Knowledge of payroll taxes, compliance, and reporting
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a team environment

Compensation:

The salary range for this position is from $60K to $75K, depending on experience.
