Your Responsibilities

• Accurately process payroll, ensuring correct payments, tax calculations, and deductions.

• Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to payroll, taxes, and balances.

• Oversee bank payments and ensure timely, accurate transactions.

• Handle tax corrections, adjustments, and support financial reporting.

• Ensure compliance with legislation, policies, and regulatory standards.

• Maintain payroll records and confidentiality of sensitive information.

• Prepare reports, resolve payroll queries, and support process improvements.

• Stay updated on payroll legislation and contribute to continuous compliance.

Your Experience and Education

• At least 3 years of payroll accounting experience or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of payroll processes, tax reconciliation, and relevant regulations.
• Fluency in Danish at a professional level is mandatory
• Professional working proficiency in English.
• Familiarity with payroll and accounting system as SAP or similar is an advantage
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
