About the Role A growing ABA organization is looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to join its payroll team. You'll play a hands-on role in keeping payroll running smoothly — processing accurately, resolving discrepancies quickly, and supporting the HR and finance teams along the way. Key Responsibilities

Payroll Processing

• Support end-to-end payroll processing
• Ensure payroll is completed accurately and on schedule

Issue Resolution & Communication

• Address payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries in a timely manner
• Work closely with HR and finance teams

Compliance & Records

• Maintain payroll records and documentation
• Support compliance with payroll regulations and internal policies

Qualifications

• Prior payroll experience required
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
• Organized, dependable, and follows through
• Experience in healthcare or ABA settings a plus
